Estimated Delivery Times:
The majority of our merchandise is made to order. The production time is usually 4 weeks, but can run longer if we have a backlog of orders. Some of our smaller, more popular items are pre-made for stock and can be finished and shipped in approximately 2 weeks. After we receive your order we will either email or call you with an estimated delivery time and work out siome of the logistics for delivery of larger items.

Smaller items that are 70 lbs or less ship via UPS or Fed Ex Ground with Signature Confirmation on items valued at over $100.00, meaning that someone needs to be there to sign for it. Deliveries are normally made between 8:00a-5:00p Monday - Friday.

At this time, we only ship to the contiguous U.S.A. We are very sorry for the inconvenience but plan to expand our shipping to you in the future.
Furniture is delivered by a freight carrier. The carrier will schedule a delivery time and provide curbside service, unless white glove service is advertised for the item. The customer is responsible for moving the furniture into the house or apartment and set-up.
The customer is responsible for all freight charges and restocking fees if they refuse delivery of furniture items. Both of the freight charges and restocking fee will be subtracted from the customer's refund when a customer refuses delivery or cancels their furniture order while their merchandise is in transit.
The customer should inspect the merchandise for damages prior to signing the Bill of Lading for merchandise shipped via a freight carrier. Once the Bill of Lading is signed the customer owns the merchandise and is responsible for any damages.
Standard Truck Service:
Larger items that are over 70 lbs ship via Truck Freight with Curbside Service only, meaning that the driver's only obligation is to deliver the package to the address on record. The package will be dropped off either at the driveway to your home or entryway to your apartment building. Very large items which are difficult to move from the truck to your driveway or entryway may require your assistance. Any service beyond this, such as unpacking boxes or bringing the package to your door or hallway may entail additional charges to you, payable to the trucking company, if not arranged for beforehand.
Premium Truck Service:
Optional delivery methods are available depending on your area. If you require additional services such as un-crating or assembly please contact us for a quote.
Once your order has shipped the freight company will call you to schedule your delivery. Truck deliveries are normally made between 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday and someone must be present to take delivery.
Please be sure to inspect the merchandise thoroughly upon receipt and note any damages with the driver before he/she leaves. If damage is noted, please keep the original packaging for return.
Before ordering please be sure that any large items will fit the intended space as well as all doorways, elevators and stairways. Delivery fees, both ways, are non refundable should merchandise not fit.
